Meditation is a practice of health of the fitness. Close your eyes, cross your legs and sit. Adjust your breath, keep your hands in one position, and don’t think about anything. Mediation is one of the basic practices in Taoism and Buddhism. In Chinese martial arts, meditation is one of the ways to practice the mind to rich the mind, and enhanced intended to force. The primary feature of meditation is stillness and quiet. Staying still will be set, moving will be exhausted(久静则定,久動则疲). That is why after the meditation need to move the body by doing a form, playing with the sword or even massaging yourself, to let stillness and movement come together.( 動靜結合 )
